Sloan Library Book Sale
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The Dr. Sloan Library conducts its annual book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at its 2817 Sandusky Street, Zanesfield, location.
Items available include adult, young adult, and juvenile fiction and non-fiction; DVDs; VHS; audiobooks; and magazines. Prices range from $0.50 to $1.
Items not sold on Saturday will be available for FREE from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, May 27.

In case of inclement weather, the sale will be conducted in the basement of the library.

Bake Sale

Mrs.Lacher's second grade class at Benjamin Logan will be hosting a bake sale to benefit the Ronald McDonald House.
The Bake Sale will be held on Sat. May 25th at 401 E. Buckeye St., in Belle Center from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.

Discovery Riders Volunteer Orientation

VOLUNTEER FOR DISCOVERY RIDERS, INC.
Make a positive difference, one life at a time.
Volunteers needed for Discovery Riders, Inc., a local therapeutic riding program, which provides programs for children and adults who are physically, socially, or cognitively challenged. Volunteer activities include volunteering under the direction of certified therapeutic riding instructors to lead the horse, sidewalk to promote the safety of the rider and preparing the horses and equipment for class. Must be 14 years or older.

The orientation and will take place in the stable located at 5850 St. Rt. 292 South, Zanesfield, OH 43360. The equine facility is located 1.3 miles east of the Valley Hi, Mad River Mountain St. Rt. 292 exit off St. Rt. 33E and is visible from St. Rt. 33. Please dress for the weather and wear boots.
