Anyone. A Community Hero extraordinary feat. This encompasses anything from making the Olympic team to rescuing a kitten from a tree

How do I become a Community Hero?
Nominations. Each month all the nominations will be reviewed by a team of judges and one "Hero" will be selected. Nominations may be submitted in a number of different ways:
- Online - see below.
- Pick up and/or submit nomination forms at WPKO & WBLL studios: 1501 Road 235, Bellefontaine, OH.
- Pick up and/or submit nomination forms at The Jennings Farley Funeral Home: 5591 U.S. 68 South, West Liberty, OH.
- Fax completed forms to 937-592-FAXX (3299)
- Email completed forms to heroes@peakofohio.com
