DeGraff will conduct its annual spring clean up Monday.
Village residents need to have limbs and brush curbside by seven o’clock Monday morning.
You’re asked to put tree limbs and brush on lawns, not in streets or alleys. Do not cover storm drains.
The limbs and brush cannot exceed 5 feet in length and 2 inches in diameter. Small limbs and twigs are accepted if they are tied and bundled with string or twine. They can be placed in 5 gallon buckets or small plastic waste baskets. Leaves and small yard waste will be accepted in Village bags only, which are available at the Municipal Building during regular office hours. Each residence/household will receive one free bag. Additional bags can be purchased at a cost of 50 cents each.
Not acceptable for pick up are stumps, roots, bushes that have been cut down, or large logs. Property owners must contact a tree service for excessive tree and shrub trimming and debris that has fallen over winter.
If you have questions, contact the village office at 585-6632.
