Drunk driver arrested for ramming ex-girlfriend’s car

A city man was arrested on multiple charges after he intentionally rammed into his ex-girlfriend's car at her residence Tuesday morning around 12:30.

The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Justin Durflinger, 24, of 232 Meadowbrook Drive, struck Rebekah Lasyone's Honda Accord at 224 Ludlow Road, then left.

After meeting with Lasyone, officers found Durflinger at his house.

The damage on his car matched the evidence at the scene.

He denied hitting her car.

Durflinger was charged with OVI and criminal damaging.

He refused to take field sobriety tests.

His blood alcohol level was .159.

Durflinger was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
