The Logan County Grand Jury indicted fourteen people earlier this week, including two on sex charges.
Terry Jones (pictured left), 44, of 809 Heritage Court, Apt. 32, Bellefontaine, was indicted for two counts of rape (F1), two counts of gross sexual imposition (F3), and a single count of importuning (F3).
Shawn Kerns (pictured right), 33, at large, was indicted on one count of rape 
(F1), two counts of gross sexual imposition (F3), and a single count of gross sexual imposition (F4).
Quinten Miller, 24, of 445 W. Lake Street, Lakeview, was indicted for abduction (F3) and domestic violence (F4).
Phillip Klaas, 18, of 8573 State Route 366, Lot 20, Lewistown, was indicted on three counts of burglary (F3), one count of grand theft (F3), two counts of theft of a motor vehicle (F4), and a single count of breaking and entering (F5).
Andrew Mensink, 30, of 718 Elm Street, Springfield, was indicted for burglary (F3), theft (F4), and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (F5).
James Johnson, 31, of 809 S. Limestone, Springfield, was indicted for burglary (F3), theft (F4), and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (F5).
J.D. Crawford, 30, of 1088 Heritage Court, Bellefontaine, was indicted for tampering with evidence (F3), trafficking in drugs (F4), and possession of drugs (F4).
Richard Legge, 26, of 205 West Main Street, Belle Center, was indicted for failure to verify current address (F3).
Jeffrey Young, 30, of 137 Clermont Avenue, Russells Point, was indicted for domestic violence (F4) and criminal damaging (M2).
James Castle, 44, of 731 State Route 274, Huntsville, was indicted on three counts of complicity to commit theft (F5) and a single count of complicity to commit theft (M1).
Jacqueline Whiteaker, 44, of 122 W. Brown Avenue, Bellefontaine, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in drugs (F5) and a single count of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance (F5).
Zachary Ferryman, 33, of 211 Cretcher Street, DeGraff, was indicted for theft (F5) and forgery (F5).
Dustin Kindle, 28, of 250 E. Lake Street, Lakeview, was indicted for possession of drugs (F5) and possession of drugs (M1).
Vicky Ford, 58, of 118 Holly Lane, Russells Point, was indicted for theft (F5).
