Minor accidents reported on slick roads

There were a few weather-related accidents in Logan County Friday.

A wintry mix moved in Friday afternoon, followed by three inches of snow.

Logan County Sheriff Randy Dodds issued a Level 1 Snow Emergency Friday afternoon around 4:45.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to a minor crash near 2313 County Road 11 Friday afternoon around 4:30.

Deputies were sent to an accident on County Road 11 at the DeGraff Corporation Limit Friday at 7:40 p.m.

No one was injured.

A series of accidents closed I-70 at State Route 54 east of Springfield Friday night.

The State Patrol reports the road has reopened.

The area could see another 1-2 inches of snow Monday.
