An Indian Lake teen was issued multiple summons after an incident near Jac & Do's Pizza in Russells Point Thursday night around seven o'clock.
Dylan Oda (pictured), 18, of Russells Point, was riding a car driven by Kyle Wagner of Lima.
An off duty Russells Point police officer was eating at Jac & Do's when he saw Oda lean out of the vehicle and throw a water bottle at a jogger.
The officer tracked the vehicle down and charged Oda with menacing and littering.
The jogger was not injured.
