The Logan County Joint Drug Task Force, working with the Adult Parole Authority, conducted a bust Friday afternoon at 1040 Heritage Court, Bellefontaine, recovering a number of hypodermic needles but no drugs.
Two of the arrested were a father and son, while the other two were brothers. All four live at the residence.
Scott Boggs, 32, was charged with two counts of trafficking in heroin. His father, Dan Boggs, 54, was jailed for contempt of court on a parole violation.
Brothers Jason Crawford, 27, and Justin Crawford, 26, were both arrested on warrants. Jason was charged with contempt of court for failure to appear and Justin for theft and criminal mischief.
