The Ohio Hi-Point Career Center graduated 62 adult and continuing education students Thursday at the Holland Theatre.
The students were graduated in four categories ABLE G.E.D.; Health Information Technology; Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration; and Practical Nursing.
Adult Education Director Darlene Chiles was recognized during the ceremony. She is retiring from her position after 26 years with the career center.
Chiles comments on the ceremony and what it means as her last.
Shauna Chamberlin, Justin Hepperle (pictured at the podium), Brandy Potts, Heather Sunderman, and Linda Yoder each gave a commencement address. Hepperle spoke about how great Hi-Point was for continuing his education.
Hepperle explains his message and what he hopes to go going forward.
Sarah Rannes received the Alumni and Friends Scholarship. She is looking forward to continuing her education to become a registered health information technician (RHIT).
