A local driver suffered serious injuries in a concrete truck rollover accident near Honda Thursday afternoon around 2:50.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Robert Feller, 57, of 9027 Auditorium Drive, Lakeview, was driving an '04 Sterling southbound on State Route 739 when he attempted to make a right turn onto the Route 33 westbound entrance ramp.
Feller lost control, went off the left side of the ramp, and overturned. The large truck went down an embankment.
Feller was trapped. He was removed by the Allen Township Fire Department, then transported from the scene by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
The truck was hauling about 38,000 pounds of concrete.
The vehicle was removed today.
Troopers continue their investigation.
Eight witnesses described what happened.
The accident tied up traffic for over an hour.
