A rural DeGraff man was arrested following a family dispute Monday afternoon around 2:15.
Kyle Jacks (pictured), 22, of 1096 County Road 24 North, became enraged after his mother, Winifred Jacks, 59, would not take him to town.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Jacks stabbed a Bible several times and cut a wall in his bedroom.
He threatened to harm his mother and police.
Deputies responded to the residence and arrested Jacks without incident.
He was charged with aggravated menacing and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
No one was injured.
