Seven defendants were sentenced and three pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week.
Simon Wells, 29, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to eight months in prison and a six-month license suspension for trafficking in drugs.
Adair Robinson (pictured), 25, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to five years community control, thirty days in the Logan County Jail, and ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for two counts of trafficking in drugs.
Victor Miller, 48, of Lakeview, was sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for trafficking in drugs.
April Tuttle, 23, of Lakeview, was sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay restitution, a $250 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for misuse of a credit card.
Eugene Rittenhour, 29, of Waynesfield, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs, and attorney fees.
Troy Good, 27, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and burglary and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility and five years community control.
Christina Williams, 49, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. She must complete three years community control and drug and alcohol counseling.
Tory Johnson, 33, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. John Clary, 21, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for July 30th.
Kevin Deet, 40, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle and was placed on the prosecutor's pretrial diversion program.
