A local teen driver was cited after she struck a Logan County Board of DD vehicle near downtown Thursday afternoon around 3:30.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Jasmine Wical, 17, of 259 North Sandusky Street, Rushsylvania, was driving a '99 Ford Ranger, exiting a driveway at 116 Powers Street.
The pickup backed into a 2005 Ford van operated by Donald Horner Sr., 64, of 400 North Main Street, Apt. 5, Bellefontaine.
Horner entered Powers Street from a nearby alley just before the accident.
The van had two passengers.
No one was injured.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
Each vehicle had minor damage.
Wical was cited for improper backing.
