A Lakeview man was arrested on multiple charges after he entered an Indian Lake home Monday night around eight o'clock.
Anthony Haynes (pictured), 45, of 10716 State Street, allegedly forced his way into Brittney Swincher's residence at 12039 Shannon Drive, Holiday Shores, Lakeview.
Haynes was trying to speak to his wife, who was in the rear of the residence.
Swincher contacted the Logan County Sheriff's Office, but Haynes fled before authorities arrived.
Moments later, deputies located Haynes.
After refusing to pull over, he finally stopped in the Lakeside area.
Haynes failed to comply with deputies' directions. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
Haynes was charged with aggravated trespassing, failure to comply, OVI, reckless operation, speed, and a stop sign violation.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
No one was injured.
