Logan and Champaign county residents needing to have Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds replaced because of the extended power outage will need to complete an application at their respective Job and Family Services Office.
Director Susan Bailey-Evans (pictured) says residents must complete the application within ten days of the loss of power.
The Logan County office is located at 211 East Columbus Avenue in Bellefontaine.
The Champaign County office is in the Champaign County Community Center at the intersection of Routes 68 and 55.
