A local driver and two passengers were charged following an alcohol-related rollover crash in Belle Center on the Fourth of July around 6:30 p.m.
Brandon Dilts (pictured), 18, of 6490 County Road 112, Rushsylvania, was driving an '87 Ford pickup on the abandoned railroad line near Elizabeth Street and Vine Street.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Dilts was headed southbound on the tracks when he lost control and the pickup rolled onto its top.
Dilts and passengers Jacob Baker, 18, of 2374 County Road 8, West Mansfield, and Quinten Turner, 20, of 11834 County Road 153, East Liberty, were identified by witnesses.
Dilts was charged with OVI, public intoxication, underage consumption, open container, reckless operation, fictitious license plates, and no seat belt.
His blood alcohol level was .216.
Deputies also charged Dilts for a one-vehicle wreck on County Road 18 on May 28th. He was issued citations for OVI and failure to control.
Baker was charged with public intoxication, underage consumption, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dilts and Baker were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Turner was issued a summons for underage consumption.
No one was injured.
