Swine showmanship brings outstanding competition (Audio included)

The Swine Showmanship contest took place Monday evening at the Logan County Fair.

The judge was from Botkins.

Competitors signed up in one of four classes: Pee Wee, Advanced, Intermediate, and Junior.

Winner of the Pee Wee age 4-5 class was Madison Hoffman. Shyanne McClintick (pictured top right) took second.

Luke Jackson won Pee Wee age 6-8 class, while Graham Studebaker was Reserve Champion.

In Advanced (Class 1), Cody Logan took first.

Kris Ackley was champion of Advanced (Class 2).

Lexi Stewart won Intermediate (Class 1).

Dalton Faler (pictured top right, receiving trophy) took first in Intermediate (Class 2).

In Junior (Class 1), Ella Studebaker (pictured bottom right, receiving trophy) was named champion.

Nolan Roose won Junior (Class 2).

Pig Queen for the week is Jordan Keckler.

Pig Princess is Megan Keckler.
