The 2012 Logan County Junior Fair Poultry Show took place at the Logan County Fair on Monday.
The Market Turkey Show and the Commercial Meat Pens Show were part of this competition. There were a total of 48 entries for the Market Turkey Competition and 63 entries for the Commercial Meat Pens Competition. Both competitions had more entries this year than last year at the 2011 Logan County Fair.
Those who placed first in the classes of the Commercial Meat Pens included:
Matthew Black in 1st for Class 1, Jade Wical in 1st for Class 2, Clayton Duckro in 1st for Class 3, Deanndra Carpenter in 1st for Class 4, Cameron Epp in 1st for Class 5, Jarrett Wical in 1st for Class 6, and Reggie Regula in 1st for Class 7.
Adam Black (pictured left) took home Grand Champion for the Commercial Meat Pens. Reserve Grand Champion went to Reggie Regula.

Cody Logan won Grand Champion in the Market Turkey Competition. Reserve Grand Champion was won by Michael Newman.
Alli Cruz was awarded Grand Champion Best of Show in the Black Lanction Cockeral Competition. Levi Horsley took home Grand Champion in the Bantam Competition. Jewli Cruz (pictured right) won Reserve Grand Champion in the Bantam Competition.
Shelbi Henault took home the Senior Showmanship award. Jacob Long won the Intermediate Showmanship award. Erin Whitcher took home the Junior Showmanship award.
