Three defendants were sentenced and six pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week.
Andrew Moore (pictured), 24, of East Liberty, was sentenced to one year in prison for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He will also serve five years post release control. Moore was classified as a Tier II sex offender and must report his address to authorities every six months for twenty-five years.
Phillip Klaas, 18, of Lewistown, was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay restitution for burglary and two counts of theft of a motor vehicle.
Dale Oglesbee, 55, of Mt. Victory, was sentenced to twenty-three months in prison, ordered to pay a $1,350 fine, and given a three-year license suspension for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Lance Mongold, 24, of East Liberty, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs.
Joshua Roby, 29, of Dublin, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.
Rodney Palmer, 45, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to OVI as a second felony offense in a lifetime.
Brian Roberts, 41, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to complicity to trafficking drugs.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for August 13th.
Stephen Anderson, 32, of DeGraff, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for September 17th.
Tim Wilson, 43, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft and was placed on the prosecutor's pretrial diversion program.
