On June 5th, the Bellefontaine Police Department charged Hannah with rape and gross sexual imposition after a month-long investigation.

The alleged victim is a Bellefontaine girl under the age of 13.

The incidents reportedly happened over the last two years.

Both men denied being at Neeld's residence.

Officers disagreed because the motorcycle felt warm.
