The Obedience section of the Dog Show consists of different tasks for each level of competition. Some of the tasks include getting your dog to walk around the ring, getting your dog to turn a corner, getting your dog to change speeds while walking, getting your dog to do a figure eight around two people, getting your dog to sit while the judge pets the dog, and getting your dog to sit or lay down for an interval of one to three minutes.

The second part of the dog show will take place on Friday morning around 8:30. The second part is more of an obstacle course task for the dogs and less of a formal competition atomosphere.
