Six defendants were sentenced and three pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O’Connor Monday.
Tory Johnson (pictured), 34, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to fifteen months in prison, a one-year license suspension and ordered to pay court costs for trafficking in drugs.
John Clary, 22, of Russells Point, was sentenced to the Monday Community Based Correctional Facility, five years community control and ordered to pay restitution, court costs and attorney fees for grand theft.
Landon Leatherman, 30, of West Liberty, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and Garrett Craig, 19, of Lewistown, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of drugs. Both were granted intervention in lieu of conviction and must complete three years community control and drug and alcohol counseling.
Michael Bradley, 27, of Mechanicsburg, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for September 4.
