The Logan County Highway Department announced that it will begin its 2012 Pavement Marking Program Monday, August 6.
County roadways will remain open while crews are painting the center and edge lines, but motorists are encouraged to use caution when they see the slow-moving vehicles doing the work. Traffic control measures will be placed in areas of wet paint as well as near the painting operation.
Painting will take place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday August 6 through Thursday August 16.
