Updated: Pair of injury crashes injures six; several lodged in jail in other law enforcement news

Troopers from the Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol responded to a pair of injury accidents in Logan County early Sunday morning.

Both drivers and three passengers were injured in a two-vehicle wreck on County Road 11 near the viaduct on the east edge of DeGraff just before two a.m.

Troopers report that Jason Lockwood, 32, of DeGraff, was driving a 2011 Chevy Camaro eastbound when he went left of center and struck a westbound '07 Honda Civic operated by Brad Pulfer, 32, of Westerville.

Pulfer was transported from the scene by CareFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

Two passengers in his car, David Strayer, 33, and Amanda Strayer, 32, both from 110 North Boggs Street, DeGraff, were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital.

All three occupants were wearing their seat belts.

Lockwood and a passenger in his vehicle, April Risner, 27, of Springfield, were flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

They were not wearing their seat belts.

Lockwood was cited for OVI and driving left of center.

Both vehicles suffered heavy damage.

Troopers were sent to a one-vehicle rollover accident southwest of Bellefontaine on County Road 18 about half a mile south of County Road 11 just after four a.m.

Wesley Woods (pictured above), 25, of 6820 County Road 62, DeGraff, was driving a '96 Dodge Ram northbound on 18 when he went off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox. The pickup then went off the left side of the road, struck the ditch, and overturned.

Woods was ejected. He was flown to St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Alcohol use is suspected; the accident remains under investigation.

The pickup suffered disabling damage.
