Two defendants were sentenced and three pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor on Monday.
Jack Parker, 74, of 1304 Paul Street, Bellefontaine, was sentenced to two years in prison and classified as a Tier II sex offender for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and corrupting another with drugs.
On July 16th, Parker pleaded guilty to engaging in multiple sex acts with a pair of 16-year-old girls. In exchange, he provided the teens with marijuana.
In November, Parker was indicted for five counts of compelling prostitution (F1), five counts of unlawful sexual conduct (F5), and two counts of corrupting another with drugs (F4).
Dustin Kindle, 29, of Lakeview, was sentenced to the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility and five years community control for possession of drugs.
Jeffrey Steed, 22, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to burglary.
Glenn Goble, 24, of Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence.
Savannah Stanley, 27, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for September 24th.
On Friday, four defendants pleaded before Judge O'Connor.
Kareem Williams, 23, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for September 17th.
Terrick Ellis, 36, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft.
Stormi Kiser, 27, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to theft and obstructing justice.
Randall Lowrance, 27, at large, pleaded guilty to abduction.
Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for September 24th.
