A teenage girl that went missing over the weekend turned herself into authorities Tuesday afternoon around 2:20.
Adriana Gonzalez (pictured), 16, of 5106 State Route 47 West, Bellefontaine, got off a bus in Springfield and asked for a ride to police headquarters.
The Springfield Police Department then contacted the Logan County Sheriff's Office.
Gonzalez was reported missing by her father, Eloy Ramires, Saturday night around seven o'clock.
Adriana fled while attending a family gathering at Kiser Lake Saturday afternoon. She sent text messages to her family, saying she was leaving the area.
Initially, deputies believed that Gonzalez was possibly headed to Pontotoc County, Mississippi.
Adriana's family went to Springfield Tuesday afternoon and brought her home.
