Three defendants were sentenced and three pleaded before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week.
Aaron Slaven (pictured), 31, of DeGraff, was sentenced to the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility, five years community control, and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs.
Patrick Biddle, 31, of Georgetown, Kentucky, was sentenced to 50 days in the Logan County Jail, five years community control, and ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for possession of drugs.
Matthew Haley, 27, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to five years community control, given a one-year license suspension, and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for trafficking in drugs.
Daniel Sprague, 33, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete three years community control and substance abuse counseling.
Thomas Risner, 33, of Harrod, pleaded guilty to theft.
Leonard Epps (pictured), 20, of Russells Point, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of assault.
In May, Epps was indicted for felonious assault (F2).
Risner and Epps will be sentenced on October 15th.
