A city woman suffered minor injuries in a head-on collision on East Patterson Avenue near St. Patrick Church Saturday afternoon around 4:30.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Kristen Hendershot, 21, of 415 East Patterson Avenue, was driving a 2006 Chevy Cobalt eastbound attempting to make a left turn into an alley near her residence when she collided with a westbound 1998 Ford Mustang operated by Joshua Harford, 19, of 526 Grand Avenue, Russells Point.
Hendershot was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
She was cited for failure to yield while making a left turn.
Harford was not injured.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
Both cars were towed from the scene.
