Two local men were arrested on drug-related charges following a
traffic stop southwest of Bellefontaine Saturday morning around 10:15.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to a suspicious vehicle and trespassing complaint on County Road 43 at Township Road 201.
The caller said someone exited the car and picked up a bag.
Moments later, deputies stopped Roger Profitt (pictured left), 52, of 11168 County Road 70, Quincy, on County Road 31 just south of County Road 43.
He was charged with possession of marijuana and obstructing official business.
Passenger William Pallaschke Jr. (pictured right), 48, of 3698 County Road 66, Quincy, was charged with cultivation of marijuana and criminal trespass.
Both men were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
