A drunk driver crashed into Indian Lake Monday night around 
eight o'clock.
Chad Everhardt, 38, of 6385 Santa Fe Road, Cridersville, was driving a 1997 Ford Ranger when he lost control and went into the lake at Barnes Landing.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Everhardt was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Indian Lake EMS.
He was charged with OVI, driving under suspension, and failure to control.
Deputies report that Everhardt has six prior OVI convictions.
The Lakeview Fire Department, Indian Joint Fire District, and Wren's Towing assisted at the scene.
