A city man was arrested after he assaulted his brother during a domestic dispute at their apartment Friday morning around 12:40.
David Rupert (pictured), 23, of 813 Heritage Court, Apt. 56, allegedly came home drunk and confronted Rodney Rupert, 25, about dirty dishes.
After Rodney told him to leave, a fight ensued.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Rodney Rupert had a bloody mouth and swelling to the left side of his face. He also complained of a knee injury.
Rodney was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by private vehicle.
David Rupert, who's trained in MMA fighting, was charged with domestic violence and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
