A drunk pedestrian was arrested after an officer on patrol found her passed out in a downtown alley Thursday morning around 1:30.
Tina Huffman (pictured), 49, at large, was found in the middle of Canby Street, just off the 100 block of West Columbus Avenue.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that the officer awoke Huffman, but she had no idea where she was.
Huffman was charged with public intoxication and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
