A local driver suffered minor injuries after he crashed into the side of a residence on Route 68 north of Bellefontaine Sunday afternoon around 1:15.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Rick Milliron, 56, of 109 Buckeye Street, Belle Center, was driving a 2005 Ford pickup southbound on Route 68 when he went off the right side of the road, overcorrected, then went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole and a house at 3186 Route 68 (near Hopewell Crossing).
Milliron was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
He was cited for failure to control.
No one in the home was injured.
The pickup suffered moderate damage.
