A Columbus Grove man died from an apparent heroin overdose Thursday afternoon.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Jeremy Bushong, 28, was pronounced dead at Mary Rutan Hospital around 5:10.
Two Delphos residents with Bushong told police that he was abusing the drug about an hour before he died.
Emergency personnel at Mary Rutan Hospital attempted to revive Bushong.
Officers continue their investigation.
