A city man was arrested for two alcohol-related accidents near downtown late Wednesday night.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Damon Henry (pictured), 41, of 508 West Columbus Avenue, struck a '97 Nissan at The 151 Club, 212 South Main Street, then fled.
Officers then responded to a rollover wreck in the alley behind the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 213 West Chillicothe Avenue, around 11:30 p.m.
Henry was driving a '95 Honda westbound near South Elm Street when he lost control, then hit multiple concrete pillars.
The vehicle flipped onto its top and he fled the scene.
Henry was located Thursday morning around 12:50 when police responded to a prowler complaint at 628 Cook Avenue.
The resident, Jason Bowsher, told officers that Henry entered through an unlocked front door and sat down in the living room.
Two teenage girls sleeping in that part of the house alerted Bowsher.
Henry was outside the residence when officers arrived.
He had vomit on his shirt and multiple lacerations on his hands and fingers.
Henry was charged with OVI, state refusal of test, public intoxication, criminal trespass, failure to control, and two counts of hit-skip.
He told police that he didn't remember either accident.
Henry was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
