A local driver was injured in a two-vehicle crash north of Huntsville at the intersection of State Route 117 and State Route 366 Wednesday afternoon around 12:30.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Debra Allmon, 56, of 11579 State Route 365, Lakeview, was driving a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe northbound on 117 slowing to make a left turn onto 366 when she was rear-ended by a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Tevor Senecal, 22, of Angola, Indiana.
Allmon was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital by Huntsville EMS.
Senecal was not injured. He was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
Both vehicles suffered disabling damage.
