The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to an alcohol-related crash near DeGraff Thursday morning around 1:30.
Deputies report that Matthew Foster (pictured), 27, of 4750 County Road 66, Quincy, lost control while driving in the 7000 block of County Road 43. His vehicle went off the side of the road and struck a fence and a tree.
Foster was charged with OVI and failure to control, then transported to the Logan County Jail.
