Honda debuted the 2013 Civic (pictured) at the Los Angeles Auto Show Thursday.
Though most Civics are manufactured in Greensburg, Indiana and Ontario, Canada, there is a strong Ohio connection.
The Anna Engine Plant makes the engines and Honda Transmission in Russells Points makes the transmissions for Civics produced in Indiana.
Also most of the transmissions for the Civics built in Canada come from Ohio.
In addition, 78 Ohio suppliers manufacture parts for Indiana-built Civics.
