Santa arrives in DeGraff (Audio included)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in DeGraff after residents packed the downtown streets to catch a glimpse of a yearly-visitor Thursday.

A man dressed in a fur-lined red suit and black boots with a white beard seemed to take center stage following a parade that welcomed him to town. The man was none other than Santa Claus, himself.

Santa took the evening to listen to children's wishes for Christmas. Zander, 7-years old, and Cooper, 3-years old, waited in line to speak to Santa. Zander asked for an iPhone and Cooper wanted Power Rangers.

Cooper and Zander share what they asked Santa for Christmas.

Santa Claus was not the only part of the festivities. A parade, horse-drawn carriage rides, and crafts highlighted the evening.

Snowflake, one of Santa’s elves, speaks about the nights festivities.

The Riverside Marching Band, children carolers, festively-decorated golf carts, and horses lined the parade. The WPKO/WBLL/PeakofOhio.com van also made an appearance in the parade.

Randy Ransbottom explains why he watched the parade.
