The Bellefontaine Police Department is asking for your help in solving a hit-skip accident.
A 7-year-old Bellefontaine girl suffered minor injuries in a crash near her residence Friday afternoon around four o'clock.
Officers report that Jayden Browning was struck near the intersection of North Madriver Street and East Williams Avenue.
Browning, who suffered minor scrapes to her knee and hands, was able to walk home.
After discharging the school bus and waiting for the bus to proceed southbound on Madriver, she was struck by a green car with square headlights.
Browning said the driver headed west on Williams toward Main Street.
Jayden's parents reported the incident to police.
