If I were principal for a day: I would make it a fun day for teachers and students and we would all play games all day.

Favorite school memory: Beating Ben Logan in softball my junior year; we came back after an 0-5 hold midway through the game and finished it off the next day with a win after a rain cancellation.

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My parents, for helping me through school and supporting me with all of my extracurriculars.  Mr. Cline, for assisting me with art and inspiring me to continue it.

Lately I've been reading: A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. This is one I would not recommend unless you have to read it for English class.

My Advice to parents: Be aware that kids are very expensive and time consuming.

My biggest regret: Live life with no regrets

Next year I will be: Going to a four year college majoring in Art

Name Klay Nichols

School Indian Lake

Parents Gary Nichols and the late Jodi Nichols

Address Russells Point

If I were principal for a day:

Favorite school memory: My junior year when I was inducted into NHS and I couldn't light my candle

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My friends and family, especially my mom because she has shown me that no matter what you're going through, you can make it through with a smile on your face.

Lately I've been reading: A Midsummer Night's Dream

My Advice to parents: Let your children go to college for what THEY want, it's their life

My biggest regret:  Not applying myself in school as much as I could

Next year I will be: Attending either Wittenberg or Mount Vernon Nazarene University for an undecided major
