Authorities are investigating a hit-skip accident on Route 33 east of Marysville.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Barbara Rolinski, 35, of 213 Caddie Drive, Marysville, was driving a 2001 PT Cruiser westbound on Route 33 near Route 42 when another car rear-ended her vehicle Monday morning around 2:45.
Rolinski, who was driving in the right lane, was not injured.
She was wearing her seat belt.
The other driver went off the left side of the road and into the median. Their vehicle struck a sign, then came back onto the roadway and fled.
Troopers did not give a description of the vehicle.
