A rural Belle Center man was arrested on multiple felony sex charges following a traffic stop on County Road 12 north of County Road 26 Tuesday afternoon around three o'clock.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office charged Bob Wintersteller (pictured), 44, of 11307 County Road 97, with rape, sexual battery, and carrying a concealed weapon.
The sheriff's office began their investigation on Monday.
Deputies were assisted by Logan County Children's Services and the Bellefontaine Police Department.
Deputies executed a search warrant at Wintersteller's residence and business Tuesday night.
He owns Tri-County Quality Water Systems in Bellefontaine.
Authorities continue their investigation.
In April 2009, Wintersteller pleaded guilty to a first-degree misdemeanor charge of child endangering.
He served 60 days in the Logan County Jail and community control for one year.
