Two men were arrested on multiple felony charges after
authorities found evidence of a meth lab in rural Champaign County south of St. Paris Wednesday afternoon around 2:30.
Larry Jenkins Jr. (pictured left), 41, of New Carlisle, and Timothy Ball (pictured right), 29, of Dayton, were taken into custody at a residence on State Route 55 just east of State Route 235.
Both men were charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs, and aggravated possession of drugs.
Jenkins and Ball were lodged in the Tri-County Jail in Mechanicsburg.
Deputies from the Champaign County Sheriff's Office along with detectives from the Miami County Sheriff's Office conducted the investigation.
Christiansburg Fire and EMS along with agents from BCI assisted at the scene.
The Champaign County Sheriff's Office continues their investigation.
