A drunk man was arrested on multiple charges near Lowe's, 2168 South Main Street, Bellefontaine, Thursday night around eight o'clock.
The Bellefontaine Police Department located Chad Kinlin (pictured), 21, of Dublin, seated near a fencing display.
Officers report that Kinlin was sobbing and disoriented.
Kinlin, who urinated in his pants, thought he was in Urbana.
He told police that friends left him in the Lowe's parking lot.
Kinlin was charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities recovered a grinder used for processing marijuana.
Kinlin admitted to smoking marijuana to calm his nerves.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
