A local driver was injured in a rollover crash on State Route 47 between County Road 9 and County Road 25 Christmas morning around 9:45.
The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Beth Stevens, 61, of 7525 State Route 47 East, Bellefontaine, was driving a 2007 Chevy Tahoe eastbound when she lost control on the ice-covered roadway. The SUV went off the right side of the road, struck a tree, and overturned.
Stevens, who was wearing her seat belt, was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Tri-Valley EMS.
The Tahoe suffered heavy damage.
Troopers continue their investigation.
