Four people were injured in a two-vehicle collision near McDonald's on South Main Street Friday morning around 9:20.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Francis Amegashitsi, 32, of Columbus, was northbound when he made a left turn in front of a southbound car driven by Brandon Lee, 25, of West Mansfield.
Lee was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by private vehicle.
Two passengers in Lee's car were transported. His wife, Carmen, 25, and Payton Harris, 5, were taken to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
Amegashitsi suffered a busted lip, but he was not transported.
Amegashitsi, who was attempting to enter the Fontaine Plaza, was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
Both cars were heavily damaged.
