The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
Frederick M. Horne Jr., 42, of Bellefontaine, was driving a 1999 Isuzu SUV eastbound on TR 200 when he veered left-of-center and struck a car driven by Amanda Prosser, 29, of Belle Center.

Horne was cited for failure to control. His vehicle suffered disabling damage.
Prosser’s car also sustained heavy damage.
