A city woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash near her west side residence Wednesday morning around 11:40.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Christina Williams, 49, of 332 West Street, was driving an '02 Mitsubishi Galant westbound on Garfield Avenue.
Williams lost control while attempting to make a right turn onto West Street. The vehicle jumped the curb and collided with a utility pole.
Williams, who was wearing her seat belt, was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.
She was cited for failure to control.
The car suffered heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
