A city man was arrested on multiple felony charges after he confessed to a neighborhood burglary earlier this week.
The Bellefontaine Police Department reports that Michael Beck (pictured), 25, of 621 Cooper Avenue, was charged after he took multiple items from Heather Hainey's 612 Eastern Avenue residence.
Hainey reported the theft Monday morning around 10:15. A washer, a dryer, copper from an air conditioner, a clock, a bucket, and light bulbs were stolen from her house and unattached garage.
Officers found the washer and dryer inside Beck's residence and the copper outside of his home.
He was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, and tampering with evidence.
Beck was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
